Great tool, but I have lost countless tips (they like to stick in the screw head...pull loose from the bit holder...fall into oblivion. ) and the individual tips are hard to find. Thnkfully the tool itself is only about 10 bucks.

my biggest deal is the 1/4" breaks if you torque them too hard. but a great tool, couldnt live without it or wouldnt want to. and like you said thankfully only 10 bucks

I have secured tie wraps in an enclosure with self tapping screws many times. Sounds like almost the same except maybe in your situation the equipment hasnt been tested or found suitable for the specified purpose.

This is a good one, too.

The DeWalt is slick for sure... One of my favs.

You can get replacement tips for the Dewalt at orange and blue stores. I would imagine they would fit in the Klein also.

They do, as well as the Ideal and Craftsman versions.
