shouting

When we use upper case letters (all capitals) it is thought to be shouting.
Should some insert a word like this would it be considered
shouting?

While it's not shouting per se, I'd say it is annoying if overused.

Hopefully us regulars will use it sparingly.

I never think of all caps as shouting. To me, it's just a question of the person being lazy.

The "font size" is right next to the "font colour", (I guess the colors are French :lol: ), just underneath the UBB code options. You know, bold, italic and so forth.
