Not sure if there is something im missing here but what is required to be used for a show window load? In 220.14 (G)(2) you can use 180/receptacle and in 220.43 (A) it requires you to use 200VA/ft. Which one is used for what?

Good question but if you look at the heading of Part III for 220.43 you see that is the feeder and service calculation. 220.14 is for branch circuit load.
