Showcase window receptacles

If a Nathans store builds a little shop in a mall are the front windows considered showcase windows which would require 1 receptacle per 12 linear feet of store front windows?? Are resaurants exempt because it is not a show window but a restaurant for tubesteak??

More than likely, if they are designed to show stuff in the show window!!:wink:
