Shut trip for elevator

Attached is a diagram—— the fire alarm told me shut trip and fire alarm are reversed—- I have not made it out to see what the guys landed. But 5-9 should be the 120 volt shut trip - and the power monitoring should be 1 and7 since it’s just a contact that drops off once shut trips to then trigger alarm

He just told me the control voltage is 57 V so I’m thinking the transfer they hooked up the control transformer wrong. They didn’t put it right terminal.
