What cordless? I still use a brace and bit and have to shave twice a day.
A electrician carries a nail gun? That's a good one (to me anyway).

I can top that. I still use a brace and bit (it's my screw gun of choice) and I carry an assortment of pneumatic nail guns in the van. They're handy for putting baseboards and mouldings back after an old house rewire, less risk of damaging brittle plaster or old paint finishes than hammering.

I don't shave twice a day, though. More like twice a week. There are advantages to having a beard. :)

I really don't shave twice a day. Like you, it's more like twice a week, only I don't have a (intentional) beard, I just start one once or twice a week.
My wife would like for it to be more often (shaving that is), but hey..."a man's got to know his limitations" (Dirty Harry).

Putting our razors away and getting back on topic, the biggest down side to side nail boxes is a non-english speaking sheet rocker who nails up the rock then does his precition cut out of the box with what looks like a chains saw with a rusty chain, leaving the box loose of the joist and not flush with the finish.

I'm sorry you've had the experience. What I can say is that I use the Union type ceiling box, which has ring shank nails. I can remove a misplaced ceiling box only about 50% of the time without ruining the box. Those ring shank nails hold on super tight. I'm pretty sure I've used other brands with smooth nails, which don't seem to hold as well.
