You guys only run around with a 25 ft extension cord? So the fight starts by saying the 25 ft requirement is very much in my opinion arbitrary. Never understood why it had to be 25 ft. Some inspectors mistakenly think it has to be within sight as well.

There have been attempts to change this in the past, I bet the last few cycles' ROPs and ROCs have the panel's take on it.
