Can you please advise I have FIVE buildings all are fed from single (one meter) incoming utility normal service. Can I have only one ATS feeding each building not individual ATS'S. I understand we need life safety loads on separate ATS'S

I believe you meant one ATS to feed all 5 buildings. That looks OK to me.

What types of buildings are these, that you believe they will have life safety loads? If they really have Article 517 or 700 loads, that will bring into play a host of requirements related to the backup power source.

This site has different buildings such as Spa building, maintenance, hotel and other massage therapy with salt cave, pool, massage area....in these buildings. Life safety loads will be lighting and fire alarm panel.

What is the size of this service and is it switchgear with overcurrent protection for each building?

4000a one service, yes switchgear with overcurrent protection for each building
Definitely would be putting a service disconnect to ATS to switchgear arrangement.
Assuming this is optional standby with no legally required standby involved.
But I'm not an engineer or contractor.

Life safety loads will be lighting and fire alarm panel.
Those are not "life safety," as that phrase generally belong to medical facilities (per Article 517). They are "emergency loads," per Article 700. You can use batteries or a central inverter system, and not need the generator to serve as the emergency power source.
