Single Branch Circuit for Shed

I reviewed NEC section 250.32. If for example a light fixture, wall switch and receptacle were to be installed in a shed or detached garage no disconnect would be required if a single branch circuit were used. Am I correct?

Frank, welcome back, haven't see you posting for a while.
250.32 deals with the grounding electrode system. Every building requires a grounding electrode system, excpet for a building served by a single branch circuit (and this can be a 3 wire branch circuit)
Every building requires a disconnecting means with some exceptions.
