Where must i use TR receptacle in a single family dwelling. { 2011 NEC CODE } OR WHERE NOT? AND THE SAME WITH WR RECEPTACLES?

In 2011 it cvalled for al;l receptacles listed in 210.52 to be TR other than those more than 5-1/2 ft aff, receptacles as part of appliances, receptacles not accessible due to appliances and 2 wire replacements.
I don't believe WR was a 2011 requirement.

There are only a few places where TR receptacles are not required so it is easier to just use them everywhere.

I believe if you are over 5' 6" the receptacle doesn't have to be TR

Here is the 2011
