I would like to ask you or your fan base if i can get help figuring this out for a client of mine. The owner needs to fill in a inspection form for edison to come by the new property but she cant get past this forn due to a question, "Building square footage", Please see attach image. I need to figure out the building square footage, with the following information i have entered in the box's.
The total house sq. Ft. Is 3511 sq. Ft. They are installing a 120v/208v 1-phase panel with a 3.02 kwdc. How can i find the building square footage? When the notes states, "Load Calculation sheets required for Buildings over 5000 square feet".

Please help me figure this!!

Thank you...

Are you confusing sq ft with cubic feet?

Where do they install 120/208 for a single family home?
Agree. I don’t know why they would, although I have once.

Many years ago we had a three phase bank next to a single family home. I wanted to take the middle pot out, and make it a 120/240, and keep the small business 120/208 three phase off the same bank. The Engineer at the time told me no. Said it would work and I was correct, but it becomes a nightmare for a trouble crew to work on that bank.
So the house got 120/208…
