Single phase to 3 phase converters

Customer purchased a piece of 3 phase equipment and then realized he only has a single phase service so I'm looking for recommendations as to a manufacturer.

If it's motor driven, I know Teco makes some VFD's that'll take single phase at a 50% derate. Some Allen Bradley Powerflex's will do it also but only at 35% of normal 3 phase capacity.

If it is simply a motor driven load it may be cheaper and easier to replace the motor.
