I was having some discussion with someone about electrical signs and whether or not the devices you can buy to put on circuit breakers you can buy for a regular panelboard count as a "line-of-sight" external disconnect as stated under 600.6. I do believe that OSHA doesn't count those devices as disconnects because they can be removed "easily". NEC doesn't explicitly point that these don't count from what I can tell though. Can anybody shed light one way or another??
