Single weather resistant receptacle

Do they sell a single device receptacle, on a single yoke, that is "wr" weather resistant?

Is there a twist lock L5-20R twist lock that is "wr" weather resistant?

I have to install a twist lock for a pool motor. I would assume that that would mean the twist lock receptacle would not have to be WR

Unless there is something in 680 that says otherwise, that is how I see it.
