Has anyone ever managed to forget how to get a lift off 2 nd floor ?I helped gc to manage to get it to an area that a lull could come pick it up.We had less than 1 inch to spare without cuting up a wall.

I never got a lift stuck but I did have a large gang box stuck in a office.

It fit in through the door fine, then one day the office cube people installed their stuff outside the door. Oops.

Never had one stuck on the 2nd floor, but had some stuck in a retail store in a mall. Dust wall on the mall end was too small, and the back door worked getting them in, but someone changed the door one day. About 20 lifts stuck until the dust wall came down. Mall didn't want them out in the pedestrian area at all, but we eventually convinced them to let us drive them out after hours.

havent gotten a lift stuck, but i have gotten me stuck in a lift.

30' high drop ceiling, im in a gasoline driven boom lift with the basket all the way up the the ceiling so i could get up above the tiles. the base of the lift is at a rollup door that goes outside, and the boom is extended over partitions and furniture in the space. I leave the engine running since im only going to be a minute. Well, im a dumbass i ran the thing out of gas. Someone had to go buy a gas can and gas to get me out of the ceiling. I was up there quite a while.

Full on photoshop..... Neat idea though...

I got stuck in a lift for a while - had to pull the emergency button - got up - got out of level - got stuck... Never got a lift stuck inside someplace, mostly try to get them in and find out the hard way that it cant or shouldn't be done...

I have never been stuck in a scissors lift but I have been stuck in a bucket truck when the PTO decided to give up while I was in the air. Thankfully I had my cell phone with me to call for help.

I did suggest one solution, they paid the damage insurance.I was willing to drive it off edge 20 foot drop.

If you choose to go this route please video it for us, and would you be in the lift at the time of lift off ?
