The ohms on your ground rod is only equal to you #6 solid, but you will need 2 ground rods 6' apart without a water ground. Separate grounds to each rod
Why separate grounds to each rod? You could use one #6 ground to the first rod and then continue it unbroken to the second rod. Since it's a GEC it must be unbroken.

Right as rain: one #6 from disconnect to rod to rod, no matter the service rating.

We typically run the #6 from the building penetration down the wall, with small metal 1-hole clips, to the first rod, and from rod to rod, buried, clamps and all. ('02 NEC, 250.53(G))

I recently did one weird, but the inspector had no problem with it: I ran the #6 from one rod, into the garage into one disconnect, back out and into the other disconnect, and back through the wall to the second rod, all unbroken.
