3Ø and 1Ø L-L loads with no neutral connection do not count towards the neutral being a CCC, such as the elevator and 2 air handlers in Jraef's scenario. The non-linear L-N load must exceed 50% of the total load... or should it perhaps be 50% of the L-N load?
