Please describe your installation in a little more detail. What is your calculated load? Do you really expect 450-amperes of service load? Will the feeders to the individual 150-ampere panels be tapped conductors or will they originate from an overcurrent device? Etc...

I also do not follow your description. In what sense do you have both a feeder and (one or more) sub-feeders? What feeds what? When you say "main feeder," do you really mean "service conductors"?
In terms of conductor sizes, that is a simple matter of looking it up in Table 310.16. That is, unless you are running these underground, or in high temperature areas, or with all conductors in the same conduit, or . . .or. . . or. . . . We can't help, without more information.
