Sizing Power Transformer for Boiler Skid Package

Hello all,
I am still fresh out of college with a degree more focused on electronics and am hoping to get some confirmation/feedback on my numbers and approach. I am working on designing a power system for a single point connection of a 460V 3 phase to power various loads at 230/115 single phase they are listed here:

1/20 HP 115VAC Chemical Tank Mixer (2A wild guess)
(2) 115VAC Chemical Feed Dosing Pumps (.35A from datasheet)
Water Softener/Brine tank at 8.9 VA max (115VAC)
2 Webster Burner Panels w/ ¾ HP Blowers (5.5 FLA at 230V) and 5A controls (115VAC)

I have attached a file showing my calculations for transformer sizing. I am worried about voltage dips on the secondary with the single phase motors especially concerning the flame safeguards on each boiler. My goal is to try and stay with a +-10% margin for all conditions. Is there any feedback or corrections you can point out? I am also trying to figure out the best approach for branch protections on all these smaller loads. I am wondering if individual fuses for each piece of equipment is a better approach to avoid one fault taking down multiple components.
Thank you for your time
