If your running horizontal feeder conduit and there are wall going up would you sleeve or get your conduits in before wall goes up?
Would it matter if it was a CMU block wall or gyp board wall?

How often is that actually accomplished when running the horizontal portion of the feeder conduits?

Definitely get with the masons on the block wall so you can put the sleeve in the course you want it in.
On a sheetrock wall, I would strap a sleeve to a stud that is hopefully very near to where I want it.

You don't have to run the entire conduit run but just insert the size(s) you need. Why bother with a sleeve in that case

CMU wall - follow the masons and have them sawcut and mud around your sleeve.
Sheetrock - Cut it with a hole saw or keyhole saw where needed.
Concrete - Depends on how many walls you have to go through. If several, make a blockout for your conduits, if just a couple walls, use the vacuum on your core drill and make the bores.
