Sluggish start for LEDs on a dimmer control

I have 4 LEDs on a single pole configured cl dimmer.
2- Feit 9.9W GU24 bulbs
2- Commercial Electric 10.5W retrofit recessed trim
1- Leviton decor a LED/CFL 150W dimmer control single pole or 3-way

My question is, can the kickstart selector be used for LEDs?
The instructions indicate CFLs only. However, if the dimmer is energized while at a reduced setting, they will take several seconds to illuminate.
When the CFL mode is selected, the startup time is normal =/< 1 sec.

Do I just need a better switch, or should I just use a standard dimmer since they're LEDs not CFLs.

What is a kickstart selector?
You mean the low end trim adjustment that you turn up so lamps (whether CFL or LED) will illuminate at low setting or if you wish to adjust how low the switch will dim.
Im not sure if other brands other than Lutron all have that slight delay in CL type dimmers.

Yes, the adjustment switch for energizing at a low slide setting. However, the manual advises the adjustment switch is ONLY for use with CFLs.

Well I guess I'll have to read the instructions myself, that seams weird.
I would not think that it's any good to not adjust that even with LED's. Why would someone want to energize a LED driver at such a level that doesn't illuminate the LED's.
So where is the trim supposed to be set at if LED's are installed?
I just read that you have a Leviton CL dimmer, must be something different than the Lutron CL dimmers that I'm accustomed to.
