enphase has new 120/208 volts micro inverters recently launched
called IQ8p and Iq8 H. no need to balance the phases

Maybe Enphase has gotten these out by now, but a few months ago when a colleague of mine tried to design a system using them, Enphase told him that they were not actually being sold yet.
