I have a small control transformer 75va input 480single phase output 115volt single phase. It’s for a motor controller and the controller was ruined due to water damage. Don’t wanna trash the transformer if it’s still good as id like to just hang onto it, I know I can measure ohms on both primary and secondary side, BUT need to know what should the right amount be to show windings and insulation is still in good condition. Any ideas? Also could I do a meggar test on it ?
