Not exactly. There may not be a state wide CO alarm requirement however several municipalities have enacted CO alarm provisions:

OHIO: Brooklyn, Eastlake, Lakewood, Macedonia, Mape Heights, Northfield, Parma, Richmond Heights, Westfield Center, and Willowick.
