It's probably more of a question for compliance with 110.3(B), what does the product information say?

300.6.C.2 would come into play if the material was somehow reactive with the NM sheathing. I looked up an example of the paint and it would appear that there were no precautions against applying it to any (standard building) materials, which would comply with 110.3.B like Roger mentioned.

334.12.XXX I don't think addresses this.

Think about fire stop (caulk), spray foam insulation which are used all the time.

It's great that you are thinking about your work environment.
