Has anyone installed this product before? "Snake Tube"

?Snake Tube comes in 300 foot lenghts and can be used for fire protection for control cables and communications systems that are needed to save kives in case of a fire emergency. Snake Tube has been rated to withstand 900 degree of celsius fire for up to 3 hours.?

I have never seen that before.

I don't think we could use it as a 'raceway' with THHN, I think we could only use it as a sleeve for cable assemblies.

As Bob mentioned, listed for what?
Does the listing bring this method into one of the chapters in Chapter 3?

Also, they have clever marketing:
3 hr fire rating up to 900F. Also mentioned, is how long would the conductors inside the raceway survive.

I suppose it could mean it's supposed to be able to protect a wires integrety with a raging fire outside of it for 3hours. Small fire safes can do it for paper for a while.
Hard to imagine a pipe could actually do that though...

The larger question of it surviving 900C is will the cables/conductors in it?

The even larger question is "Who cares?" After three hours of a 900C fire, whats going to be left outside the cable to need power? And who's going to be there to see if it works? I'm picturing a huge pile of ashes with a sculpture of Snake Tube sticking up out it...

With larger buildings you can have a localized fire in an area that has critical feeders and other circuits passing through. A system to protect these circuits can be important.
