SO Cord Ampacity and Termination Temp per 110.14(C)

My assumption is that you can use any temperature termination and that would change the value in the table. I guess that would assume 60C. Just a guess

3-phase busway tap-off box drop cords in 40C ambient.
If load <=100A on drop cord w/ 75C lugs

Using T310.16 @ 30C ambient:
#3cu @ 75C max = 100A

Using T310.15B1 for 40C ambient:
#2cu is 115*0.88 = 101.2A

Using equation 310.15(B):
#2cu = 115*Sqrt((75-40)/(75-30)) = 101.4A

Table 400.5(A)(1) for SO, SOW, SOO, SOOW etc cord, however, does not have temperature columns - I guess it assumes that all SO is 90C? So how is one supposed to verify compliance with 110.14(C)?
Annex B, Table B.2(1) appears designed for your multi-conductor cable in free air

Using equation 310.15(B) for 40C ambient:
#2cu = 105*Sqrt((75-40)/(75-30)) = 92.6A
