SO type cords - amp ratings, where NEC ?

I am buying #4 SOOW cord. Where in NEC is the amp rating ? I think # 6 has 50 amp rating. ………….Thanks

A typcal prefabricated SO cord will have a table of allowed amps versus length which is limited by the voltage drop at the load.
And be sure to uncoil the cord before using.
