A coworker tried putting 2 layers of “battle mat” foam in the box. That worked better than I thought it would.

I emailed Grainger customer service & asked them to advise the manufacturer of the issue. They responded that they needed receipts or our account information. Like anyone in Accounting is going to dig for old receipts?

They used to say that but they now advertise on the radio in our area. That’s reaching out to the public at large.

Cadweld boxes and Klein zipper bags sorted by typical use, service, trim, for off the truck, ladder, full blow molded case Sae/Met. set for carry, blow mold large set, Allen sockets, Torks, tools are like crack to me.
