Some poor wiring techniques

I look around the small town I live in and see all the service entrances that are in terrible shape and know I will have business for years to come. But it all is resolvable. New mast here, new SE cables there, put some stuff under ground over there, but those pictures look like the only way to ever fix thoses messes would require the involvement of thermo-nuclear devices.:grin:

I'm always amazed at 3rd world wiring methods, utility side or otherwise. Makes some of the debates we have here seem pretty silly in comparison to the way much of the world is wired.
 
How do they get a guy to work on that ? Run an ad that say's "needed one really stupid person with long arms, no brains , and not very conductive."

They should have no problem finding that guy.
Those guys don't figure it out when the boss askes "so who shuld we mail your check to?"
