South Dakota Electrical Contractors to MN Masters License?

Does anyone know how the Reciprocity works between SD and MN I have my Electrical Contractors (Or masters) in SD and would like to Reciprocate to MN as far as I understand I must hold SD for a Year in good standing and then I can reciprocate has anyone else done this?
