Spa/Hot Tub and Pool Water bond

Does the pool water bond, 680.26(C), apply to packaged spa or hot tub installiations?
If so, how would this be accomplished without violating the spa/ hot tub listing?

I believe that all the bonding that is necessary for the unit itself is installed at the factory by the manufacturer for packaged spas.

Pierre that has not been my experience ,..I have had to bond the inline water heater ,.. which in-turn would bond the water
