Spacing for EMF protection on underground low voltage wiring near 110v

I want to put a 110V (12/2) wire in a 1/2 conduit, as close as possible to another half inch conduit with low voltage security wire (to run a heat sensor and a motion sensor in a garage). The length of the run is 150 ft. I have to dig the trench by hand due to its location.

When neither wire is shielded I'm told by different local sources that the two conduits (which are 100% PVC) should be either 12" or 18" apart.

I've found a shielded Ethernet 4 pair cable suitable for direct burial. It's shielded with aluminum foil, though in my case it will be underground in its own 1/2 PVC conduit. My question is, if I ground to the foil both of the ends of the shielded Ethernet cable, how close can its conduit be to the other conduit carrying 110v? I'm hoping the answer is 4" as there would a lot less digging!

Thank you,

GregSt
