One thing I've never seen discussed in posts like this is the fact that when the Utility gets a belly full of dealing with "customers" who insist on pursuing things like this they can and should pull the plug.
More simply put, "you've become more trouble than you are worth."
I don't think that they have that opition as the state utility commission requires them to supply power to all the customers in their service territory.
 
Not just in football anymore. A company is going to track all voltage spikes coming into our building, record them and ask the Utility for a credit for these unused measures of voltage that just passed through our electrical system unused by us but we were billed for (Spiking). Anyone ever hear of this before, I would be very interested. I have not met this group yet.

While you're talking to them, maybe you could get them to install a Power Saver device in your house that will correct your power factor and save you tons of money on your electric bill. :wink::grin:
