Split Main Lines

What type of connector would I need to tap 0 AWG lines that come from the main breaker? I am trying to connect a type 1 SPD and a Generator Transfer Switch to the main panel. I need a knockout on the main panel as well. How large should the knockout be? The panel is recessed within concrete.
