spot the violations

Saw this when i went to lunch today. The item in question is the open 4S box. Its full of fire alarm cable. Also notice where the conduits penetrate the concrete ceiling. This is an underground parking garage with retail and apartments on top of it. There is retail or a restaurant on top of where the pic is taken.

About all I can make out is a total lack of support for both raceway and box.

yeah, i guess the pic is too bad to see anything. The entire support consists of a one hole strap tek screwed into the bottom of that unistrut. No support for the vertical section going through the slab, no support for the box, or the other conduit. No fire caulk in the slab penetration from the garage into a store, and every other box on the whole ceiling in the place didnt have a cover....

Where in the He** does that come into play? Where was the Electrician? I cant even see a problem due to the quality of the picture let alone codemning someones performance. Good grief man!
