What a bunch of clowns. I could sit here for hours and write a book on how unprofessional and just completely lost these people are. And when i told them as much they fired me after one install, on which i probably made less than $50/hr. They have so many forms which seem to constantly change, things they don't tell you about, that although they are electronic/email, they take more time than you can imagine. If i figured in all the time i've spent with their forms i would be lucky to make $10/hr.

Long story short: They are trying to re-invent the wheel. And good luck with that square one they have come up with. It's only a matter of time imho, till Chevrolet kicks these clowns to the curb. Besides, all the major players have their own car chargers out now, so who needs SPX's anyway? Nobody. Especially with the 35% cut they give themselves for a finders fee. Hey guess what spx, finders fees are only 15%.

For their miniscule payment you get to a, travel to the job to survey it for FREE, then go back and install it later, IF you even get the job, as other non-spx contractors can bid against them and do it for a whole lot less.

Yes if i would have been there longer and familiarized myself with their forms, which are sooooo LAME, i could have spent less time filling them out. But at this point in time, they are so new into this that their left hands don't know what their right hands are doing, they are a TOTAL JOKE. and i am not the only member of this website who has worked for them, and i am also not the only one who has quit working for them either. It is a wonder to me that this corporation is so big and world wide, because the people running their show don't know DIDDLY SQUAT about customer service.

Chevy can build a car quicker than it takes to read the 64 page SPX charger station installation instructions. No wonder the OP is in a lather.
