Sq. Ft. Cost commercial tenant

Is there a basic square ft. cost for a small tenant space build out just for the electrical work. Its about a 1850 square ft. very basic electrical to check bid against. Thanks

No, commercial work varies so much it wouldn't be prudent.

It might work for the HVAC man. But even then he would need to no the number of rooms.

Only use it on spec houses.
