Square Conduit

I am visiting my home town, Cereal City USA (Battle Creek) and noticed a outside meterbase with a square conduit riser (about 2" sq)up to the weatherhead. The square conduit was fastened to the top of a 100 amp meter base. I know this area uses a lot of SE cable, so I suspect the square conduit is for attaching a drop to. Has anyone else seen this product?

What kind of squarde conduit fitting would you use on a square raceway? Square locknuts ???

That is a meter/riser kit. Becoming very popular.Uses regular conductors.
