Can anyone explain the difference between these two products? One is 1.5" wide and the other is 2"

One is for QO Loadcenters and the other is for HOM Loadcenters. Completely different buss designs.

Single pole QO breakers are 3/4" of an inch wide Homeline are 1" wide. A 2 pole would be twice that width.

also note for at least the homeline ones there are two different p/n one for loadcenters with plug on neutral and the other has a neutral pigtail
