The 3rd party is so it's on the "up and up"....and so others can play...we can have teams:
the sq.ft vs. the take-offs vs. the cu. ft

It will be more accurate - while still enjoying a margin of error - if more people participate

You have to careful NOT to mix the mad skills with the ice and booze IN the blender....something might curdle :grin:
