Static Ground Well System

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and am currently bidding a job on an aircraft storage hangar.
Can Anybody please tell me what The Recessed Floor Grounding Receptacle Is and what it looks like. The Hangar business is NEW to me.

I found out what it is and it's not a receptacle.
BTW, Nice kit. I have a 13" Tom for that kit in Pristine condition
