stiffness of line

Greeting all,
Hope you are fine and good. I have the below quesiton and need information if someone has information regarding it.

Te = (dPmax)/(d delta) = Vs x Vr x cos(delta) / X

this is called the stiffness of line

Is there any difference between the stiffness of line and Synchronizing coefficeint and I need explaination if somebody knows regarding these.

It has to do with the variation in Power as a function of power angle (delta) I believe you asked about a couple weeks back.

You said "Power angle is the angle between a generator's internal voltage and its terminal voltage, or between the voltages at the source and load points of an electrical transmission line."
