Storage batterie protection

I have a setup with a 125V batteries bank with a charger. There is currently a breaker after the charger but without including the batteries.

I know that in the NEC, its says that a disconnecting means is required for all ungrounded conductors derived from a battery system.

So doe that mean that my breaker should include the batteries or do I need 2 breakers (one for the batterie and one for the charger)?

Take a close look at the system, it may be hidden, NO JOKING here I have found the OCP in some tough locations.
