If the elements ohm to infinity they are OK. If they short they are bad. I don't ohm em out I just visually inspect the elements. If you see bubbles of steel on them or a bubbly blemish they are bad. If the breaker trips when you turn on the stove they are bad. If the breaker trips when the stove is off its the switches or circuit. Unplug the stove and try again. If it holds its the infinite switch, the thermostat or cord.
If the stove is immaculate and shiny inside, its from the recent stove cleaner saturating the element.
DONT turn on the automatic stove cleaner option it lasts several hours and mechanically locks the stove. IF you did there is an 800 number somewhere, mumble something incoherently shaking your head side to side, go to the van and call it. Come back, say its not the circuit, its the stove and they need to call an appliance service tech from ... get paid in cash and leave.
