Stup Ups and Grounding bushings

This is common practice and I have done it myself many times but where would I find the article for the following.
Rigid Stub ups with ground bushings under switchgear, transformers and generators the conduit doesn't terminated in the cabinet??

Are you looking for the code section that requires bonding bushings?

If so you will not find it, there are various requirements in the NEC that the choice of using a grounding bushing satisfies but it is a choice.

You could bond the pipes another way and provide abrasion protection with other fittings.

Note it doesn't use the word terminate. The raceway still terminates at the equipment there is just exception of how to provide mechanical continuity.
