usually there are more strict conditions on liability insurance than on property insurance.

Pierre I`m glad the lawyers weren`t able to get the store opened under that name (true story)Long to short he was told to leave after he became irrate(I would to) He sued and won.The busuness closed for one week and reopened under another name.same ploy ALL YOU CAN EAT..I wonder if his pic is posted do not servr this man

Sorry about the delay in answering, I have not been following the posts regularly.
I do not know the details of the situation, only that the insurance company was defending its decision to not cover any cost or liability related to the electrocution.
