Sub panel location

I did it once, but now look back on it and think that was a pretty weird thing to do...?

I was an apprentice then, so live and learn.

There is already a sub panel installed in the bathroom. The neutrals and grounds are not seperated per code for a sub panel. I am going to run new conduit and proper wire size along with seperate neutral and ground wire. Just wasnt sure if the code allowed a sub panel in a commercial bath. Its just a small building and will be easier to just install new panel where the existing panel is. Thanks for the help.

The grounded and grounding must be separated at the subpanel.
