sub panel size?

HEY GUYS DOING A BIG KITCHEN REMODEL AND ROOM ADDITION HERS WHAT I GOT......
1 AFCI
1 LIGHT CRKT(1100) WATTS 1 REF
1 MICRO
1 ICE MAKER
1 BEV COOLER( SMALL REF)
1 BATH GFI
1 240 V 30 AMP DOUBLE OVEN
1 240 VOLT 30 AMP A.C.
1 F.A.U.

THERE WAS FIVE TWENTY AMP CIRCUITS EXISTING I' M USING THEM FOR THE 2 GARBAGE DISP, AND 2 DISHWASHER'S( like somebody needs that) AND 1 COUNTER RECPT..

ALREADY UPGRADED PANNEL TO 200 AMP BUT MAIN ABOUT 125 FEET THROUGH ATTIC. TO FAR FOR ALL THOSE H.R.S SO I SET A 125 AMP SUB PANEL SO #4/3 NM OR #2/3 NM FEED WHICH ONE WILL I NEED? $$$

If you are uing nm cable you must use the 60C column. Unfortunately #2 wire is only good for 95 amps so the best you can get with that is 100 amps. I am assuming copper since I haven't seen aluminum NM.

310.15(B)(6) only applies to main feeders, not sub feeders.
One can use 2 AWG AL to feed a 125 Amp sub-panel IF it is fed with a 90 Amp breaker at the main panel. With the loads specified, there should be no problem.

It could be fed with 14 AWG if a 15 amp breaker is used.

I assumed from the OP he was planing on a 125 OCPD.
 
the sub panel rated at 125 amps and i was planning on running #2 copper nm and 90 amp breaker should be fine heh? or should i run one of the 240v 30 amp circuits to the main 200
