Sub-Panel Wire Sizing

I am running power to an outbuilding to install as sub-panel. The outbuilding is about 120' from the main panel. I am looking to install a 50amp, 240v sub-panel for hobby woodworking tools, lights, etc.

I will run trench and bury conduit and fish my wiring through. I plan to use #6 THHN wire for the leads from Main panel to sub-panel. My questions are:

* What size should the neutral wire be?
What size should the ground wire be?
